How We Do It

Essentially CQM Learning acts as an intermediary between training providers and people undergoing training. Our service to learners and employers of learners is free because we extend our service to training providers - they are our actual clients. It is providers of training who ultimately pay for our service to learners.

Our core activity is telesales. We have a small but experienced team dedicated to calling employers offering to put employers of people in need of training in touch with the relevant providers. We focus our efforts in sectors where vocational training has been made mandatory by legislation - so we help employers keep on the right side of evolving regulatory demands, while at the same time, we find and promote relevant funding streams - where funds have been made available.

We aim to acquire national coverage for our clients, over the spectrum of qualifications that they provide; this will eventually lead to national coverage for learners and will make us the single most comprehensive place in which to arrange funded vocational training in the UK.
