CQM offer a series of workbooks designed to support middle managers. They can study at their own pace to gain skills and knowledge around core subjects such as leadership, managing projects and coaching staff. These workbooks compliment our core offering of bespoke training to suit your people and organisational needs.


Our workshops are ideal for any level or combination of management. They require a minimum of six people to run. If you do not have six people for the course at your organisation please contact us to enquire about open courses or to request a bespoke quote for fewer learners.​
